My job is my hobby! Communicating the beauty of Venice is my mission. Venice, the jewel of the sea, is not just a city; it's a living, breathing work of art. And who better to unveil its captivating essence than a local born and bred amidst its enchanting canals and historic streets? Meet a professional guide and passionate Venetian on a mission to share the splendor of this magical city in the most interesting, detailed, and, dare we say, amusing way possible. Studying history and art at the local university, I made it my life's profession. Explore Venice with an Art Historian! I've been zigzagging across the world to satisfy an insatiable curiosity for different cultures. Working in Ireland and Finland, I ventured as an ambassador of Italian culture, teaching art and heritage at the University level. But like a homing pigeon, my heart always led me back to Venice. The magnetic pull of the canals, the age-old architecture, and the rich tapestry of history brought me back home to create a unique profession that would truly reflect my passion: becoming licensed tourist guide in 2009. And it's not just about showcasing the beauty of Venice; it's about preserving it. In my capable hands, Venice transforms from a place in a map to a vivid, living story that you become a part of. Get ready to experience Venice like never before, and remember, you're not just a tourist; you're part of Venice's ongoing history, and I'm here to show you just how wonderful that can be. Venetian born and raised in Venice, I became an art lover by opening the window of my home. (Art Historian) Bachelor of Arts with an artistic focus from Ca' Foscari University of Venice Worked as an Art Teacher in European Colleges Licensed Tour Guide since 2009 If my calendar seems full, don’t hesitate to contact me anyway. I may still be able to accommodate you. I can organize private transportation by private car and driver or by private boat. Please note that I provide pick-up and drop-off at the hotel only through the driver. I will meet you directly at the designated meeting point. For easy communication on the day of the tour, I suggest downloading WhatsApp on your smartphone.

Admire the golden mosaics within St. Mark's Basilica (except Sunday mornings), then gaze up at the St. Mark's Campanile and the intricate St. Mark's Clock Tower. Continue to the historic Fondaco dei Tedeschi, overlooking the stunning Grand Canal, and reach the famous Rialto Bridge. The experience ends in a traditional bacaro, where you’ll enjoy Venice like a true local.
