Hi! I’m Matteo, your tour guide in Venice! Welcome to the city of canals, history, and timeless beauty! With a master degree in art history and years of experience in the field, I have the pleasure of guiding you to discover the wonders of Venice. My passion for this unique city shines through in every tour I offer, where I aim to share not only the iconic sights, but also the stories and curiosities that make Venice so special. I specialize in private tours, including boat tours on a luxurious private boat. This allows you not only to see the most iconic views of Venice, but also to reach places that are inaccessible on foot. You can enjoy the refreshing breeze and capture unforgettable photos as you glide through the canals. These tours also take you to the fabulous islands of Murano and Burano, where you can experience the rich traditions of glassmaking and the vibrant colors of the houses. I am a licensed guide and I love to travel, meet new people, and explore new places. When I’m not wandering the city, I enjoy savoring a good meal paired with fine wine - ready to try the traditional venetian appetizers cicchetti? - hiking, and taking long walks with my dog. I’m also a fan of cinema and reading. I also have a great sense of humour and I believe that every experience enriches our lives. Whether you’re interested in exploring the famous canals, visiting historic campi, or discovering the secret corners away from the crowds, I’m here to make your experience unforgettable. I offer personalized tours that cater to your interests and needs, ensuring you can experience Venice like a true local. I'm looking forward to meeting you and share the magic of this extraordinary city with you. Contact me to arrange your tour and get ready for a unique adventure! See you soon!

Discover Venice through its most iconic landmarks and from its most spectacular perspective: the water. We'll begin with skip-the-line visits to St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace, focusing on their most breathtaking highlights. Admire the Basilica's magnificent golden mosaics before exploring the Doge's Palace, including the Golden Staircase, the Great Council Chamber with Tintoretto's Paradise, the former government rooms, the prisons, and the famous Bridge of Sighs. Afterwards, we'll board a beautiful traditional wooden private boat for an unforgettable one-hour cruise. We'll glide along the Grand Canal beneath the Rialto Bridge, enjoy breathtaking views of St. Mark's Basin, admire the Bridge of Sighs from the water, and explore charming smaller canals that can't be reached on foot. A perfect combination of history, art and authentic Venetian beauty.

We'll meet at the base of St. Mark's Campanile, the tallest bell tower in Venice, located directly in front of the façade of St. Mark's Basilica in St. Mark's Square. It's one of the easiest landmarks to find in the city, and I'll be waiting for you there.
