Hi! I am Riccardo, photographer, art historian, surfer, traveler and of course, tour guide! I'm from Vicenza, a city one hour west from Venice and I've been living in Venice for a long time now: this city attracted me since the first time I visited it as a kid. Wandering around its alleys with my mum made me sense its magical atmosphere and immediately enchanted me. My bond with Venice grew stronger over the years, so I couldn't help but moving here as soon as I could. Venice is my home, it has been for a long time. I love it and our relationship is pretty intense — sometimes too much. Being a tour guide helps me share these emotions with my guests. Venice has many beautiful things: art, history and beauty everywhere, but also lesser known, underground curiosities. I want you to discover them through my food, photo and walking tours to help you to get the best from your experience in this magical place. Being in love with this city is what makes the difference from simply being an expert of it, know its soul is the only way to get "her" essence, and what I want is just to help everyone to achieve this magic connection. - Official Tour Guide License - Official Tour Leader License - Art History Bachelor's degree - Economics and Management of Art Master degree - Professional Photographer - Architectural Restorer none

Venice is a natural-born movie set. Every corner, reflection on the water, and bridge looks like a perfectly staged scene. It’s no surprise that Venice is one of the most filmed cities in the world, alongside icons like New York and Rome. Over the years, countless famous movies and TV series have been shot here — not only in the most recognizable landmarks, but also in hidden and lesser-known areas of the city that most visitors never discover. Places you may remember from the screen without ever knowing where they truly were. On this walking tour, I’ll guide you through Venice using cinema as our lens. We’ll visit iconic filming locations from movies such as Indiana Jones, The Italian Job, and popular TV series. As we walk, you’ll learn how those scenes were filmed and how Venice transforms itself into cinema. This is not a traditional academic historical tour focused on dates or churches. Instead, it’s a journey through memories, storytelling, and unforgettable movie moments.
We'll have a long walk through some famous sets of iconic movies in Dorsoduro then we'll cross the Grand Canal to walk in St. Mark's Square where every director shot at lest a scene of his movies. Then we'll proceed visiting some beautiful locations of Castello and Cannaregio to enjpy the scenery of the most recent movie productions
