Ciao! I'm Federico, life enthusiastic, curious world traveler and local Venetian tour guide! I grew up in a very small town of the province of Vicenza, in the countryside of Veneto region, surrounded by Palladian villas. After my bachelor art history and history studies at the prestigious University of Padua founded in 1222 and at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, I decided to open my horizons and moved to Indonesia where I developed a project of ecotourism for the area I was living in. I later spent a year working in hospitality in Melbourne, Australia, to practice my English. When I came back to Venice, in 2015, I realized that I was so deeply in love with the city that I needed to share this love with others. This is why after getting my state license, I started working as a tour guide. Passionate and deeply in love with Venice, my love for this enchanting city transcends the ordinary. As a dedicated tour guide, every alley, historic bridge, and hidden canal becomes a canvas to paint the vibrant tales of Venetian history and culture. Guiding others through the labyrinth of captivating narratives, I share the secrets and nuances that make Venice an unrivaled masterpiece. It's not just a profession; it's a heartfelt commitment to unveil the city's timeless charm, allowing others to embrace the same reverence that I hold for this floating gem. Being a tour guide in Venice is not just a job; it's a joyous celebration of love for this extraordinary city. Venice is a place like nowhere else and having me as your local guide escorting you through its labyrinthine maze, will not only help you understand the beauty of the city, but will also allow you to see Venice from a different point of view. All the tours I offer are covering the area of Venice and its lagoon. A region that I know very well and that I feel attached to, like nowhere else. The water, the colors, the architectures all together, are creating a unique mix of feelings that you can experience only here. These set tours I offer are suitable both for first time visitors and for experienced ones that have been to Venice already, but I'm also available to tailor made a tour which is 100% suitable to the costumers' interests and needs. So, if you're looking for an unforgettable time in the city, with a cheerful local guide, let me allow you to make you discover my Venice! Licensed Tour Guide and Tour Leader. History and Art History major - Master Degree cum laude.
