Frederico was very good at communicating beforehand; the time difference didn’t seem to be a problem for him. We really appreciated his flexibility. He was willing to meet us at our hotel, and he rearranged his tour for us. He clearly knew his way around this very confusing city, even the streets with no name posted! He gave us a great recommendation for a local lunch break spot His English and clear and understandable, and he spoke loudly enough. And we enjoyed his sense of humor! Most importantly for us, his knowledge of the details of Venetian history was impressive, and he was able to talk about many sites and to put them into their historical context. We loved Frederico. He is a wealth of knowledge about everything Venice - the history of the buildings, area, art and people.
