Would you like to embark in a journey for your senses on a local market square or on a wine tasting tour on the Euganean hills, just some Km from the city center? Get in touch with me! I would love to show you the hidden gems of Padova and the countryside. After more that 10 years living abroad I came back to my hometown and I realized how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful town. So I started working as tour guide in Veneto and in the Alps. I use to say: "You need to see the world and chose consciously where to live". I chose Padua. I like exploring the nature and combine trekking with cultural sightseeing. I consider my guests my travel fellows, sharing with them my passion for my home country, its nature, arts and culture. Being a linguist, I like teaching my guests the typical Italian idioms and the basic of the Italian language, enriching their experience in Padua with anecdotes and cultural tips. Day trip to admire the great architecture of the Venetian villas
Overview of your Venice tour
This tour wants to offer a panorama of influential villas along the Brenta River, owned by the richest families in Venice. A day inthe green and lush landscape close to the river, visiting Gardens and architectural gems. Villa Pisani, the renown Doge's Palace on the mainland, a sumptuous villa ordered by the Pisani family as their status symbol; rather than a villa, it is a palace decorated with mighty sculptures on its façade and by the most famous venetian painters of 18th-century inside (Gian Battista Tiepolo). Villa Widmann is a typical summer residence of the 1700's with its delightful park, a true jewel of the Riviera del Brenta. For lunch we could indulge in a wine tasting in the villa. (This part is optional and can be paid separately on site).

- We will meet in front of the Villa Pisani in Stra - We will visit the villa and the magnificent park together, ca. 1 h - We will drive to the second villa, a small gem painted with Venetian frescos and indulge in the relaxing café in the garden, wehre we can taste the delicacies of the Venetian cuisine and winery * This itinerary can be customized to suit your needs and preferences.
