Clémence was a passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging guide. She did a good job of keeping our teenagers engaged while still slipping in educational tidbits about Lyon's political, religious, and historical roots. This tour is a great introduction to Lyon. We enjoyed being in Clemence’s company as she showed us the city. The tour highlighted interesting aspects (and consequences) of history, both of France & specifically of how events affected the development of Lyon. Many practical tips regarding the remainder of our stay were included on the way. Very enjoyable, thank you.

Clemence was a delightful. Her knowledge of the history, geography, architecture, and art of Lyon was amazing! Her hill to hill tour had us walking through history at a manageable pace. The insights of secret passageways and murals of trompe d'oeil would have been missed on our own. From viewing the last working Jacard loom to seeing landmark marionettes, she guided us across Lyon. Clemence's pleasant nature, and careful attention to detail included photos from her personal binder. Adaptable- so great!
