Our tour by Clemence was perfect for our day trip to Lyon from Avignon. My husband is a history buff, so this tour was perfect - a good, quick history lesson on the city. The tour started on Fourviere hill, and went through the Roman ruins, old town and finally across the Saône. Next time we come to Lyon, we will be sure to book another tour!
We had a very enjoyable and interesting tour of Lyon. Clemence was a great guide and provided a good historical overview of the city and sites. Clemence was delightful. She is very knowledgeable and explained the history of the city in detail. We enjoyed seeing and learning about the "traboules", the Roman remains at Fourviere, the astronomical clock,and Bartholdi's beautiful fountain. It was also extremely special to see the last working Jacquard loom at the Soierie Saint Georges. A wonderful tour of the city of Lyon!
