Salzburg, in the heart of Europe, offers a wide variety of sights to see. I use a luxury minivan for all tours, or an Audi A6 on request, which is very practical in a small city like Salzburg and allows you to see much more than just walking around the city.

For a first-time visitor, I would recommend the Bavarian Mountains (Eagle's Nest, Salt Mines, Königssee and Berchtesgaden), Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang in the Lake District. It is up to you to spend a day away from the typical tourist attractions of Salzburg or to visit the trendy places in Salzburg. Highly recommended is the combination of transfer and tour from Vienna to Salzburg or vice versa or from Salzburg to Venice.
