Full Day Hallstatt Private Tour from Salzburg

Our guide Carlo's made our tour enjoyable by sharing with us his favorite places in the Dachstein area. We visited Gosausee, what a bonus... this place is so beautiful and magical. Much better than Hallstatt, although Hallstatt scenery is beautiful, we find it overcrowded with ''daytime' tourist. Werfen is also lovely, very green farmland and in a sense, a nice contrast to the mountains and lakes. We sense Carlos's love and passion in showing us places in Austria. He's the right guide for you... in-depth knowledge of the area, sincere, friendly and a lovely friend to have. I will highly recommend Carlos to anyone touring Austria.

Our family had a tour of Hallstadt yesterday. Our guide Carlos Loureiro was amazing. He picked us up from our Salzburg hotel in brand new Mercedes luxury van. The drive was filled with stunning views. Hallstadt and the salt mine tour were the highlight of our vacation. Carlos was so fun, it was like traveling with a great friend. We cannot recommend this tour enough... I'm sure all of their tours would be equally as well managed and fun.

This tour was the highlight of my visit to Austria. Carlos was right on time for pickup, he asked our group for some ideas and he more than delivered. He took us on roads to and spots that we never would have found. He also took us to a luge that was amazing! Halstatt was gorgeous, but for me wasn't the best spot he showed us. With so much van time, we also learned a lot about his life, which was great! Trust Carlos to show you a fantastic time in a gorgeous part of the world!

an excellent day in perfect snowy weather,tailored too our groups needs. Carlos was very knowledgeable and very funny. he was also very helpful with my mother and her wheelchair. if you are travelling with someone with mobility problems or just don't want to be on a big tour with lots of people this is the perfect way to see this amazingly beautiful area of the world.

Carlos was FANTASTIC and gave us a great tour of the area between Salzburg and Hallstat, including making our visit into Hallstat a very easy process. Hallstat is a very crowded area with many tourist and difficult to get in and out of easily. Carlos made the process easy. Carlos is an extremely pleasant young man and very knowledgeable about the area. He has a very nice and comfortable van for touring the area. We would definitely recommend choosing Carlos as a tour guide!
