Full day tour of Eagle's Nest and Berchtesgaden Bavarian Mountains - licensed Austria guide

This day will take you to the Bavarian mountains. From May to October it is possible to get into the Eagle's Nest. During the rest of the year we go up to the area but not directly into the building. The tour takes you to the lake Königsee and the city of Berchtesgaden. You will be even able to visit the Salt mine. There are so many sights that it doesn't matter if you do not want to spend any extra money for the additional costs. You will get enough to see and information to spend this day in the National Park of Berchtesgaden.

We will leave the city of Salzburg south towards Germany. On the way we will pass the palace of Hellbrunn, the village and Castle of Anif, the city of Hallein to cross the border to Germany. There we pass the village of Oberau to reach the famous Obersalzberg. Here you can visit the documentation center as well as the Eagles Nest. Then we drive to lake Königsee, where you can do the boatride to Saint Bartholomeo. From there we will drive to the city of Berchtesgaden, where you have the opportunity to visit the Salt mine. Then passing the village of Marktschellenberg and Grödig we will be back at Salzburg. This tour can start even in Berchtesgaden or surroundings.
