My name is Anna, and I was born and raised in Barcelona. I work as an officially licensed tour guide, primarily in English, but also in French, Spanish, and Catalan, my mother language. I hold a university degree in Tourism from the University of Barcelona and have lived in the UK, France, and Germany. I live with my husband and our three daughters (19,16,14) in the quiet district of Sant Gervasi in Barcelona. I previously worked at the official Spanish Tourism Office in Frankfurt am Main (Germany), where I was responsible for promoting Catalan tourism. I organized trips for travel agents and German journalists to various tourist destinations in Catalonia, such as the Costa Brava, the Pyrenees, and Barcelona. I also worked on the organization of an important cultural event that took place in Barcelona in 2004, the Universal Forum of Cultures. It hosted more than 3 million people during its 141-day duration. In 2014, I had the brilliant idea to combine my knowledge and passion for art, culture, and the city of Barcelona with my love for interacting with people by becoming a local guide. Being a tour guide is an enjoyable challenge; I continuously participate in programs to deepen my knowledge of history, art, and culture, staying updated on everything happening in the city, including cultural events, exhibitions, and the latest bars, restaurants, and concerts. I invite you to discover the different faces of Barcelona through my tours. Each district has its own unique character that deserves to be explored: from Gràcia, Montjuïc, Gothic quarter to the Eixample. If you’ve already been to Barcelona and would like to rediscover it, choose the tour that appeals to you the most. Since every person or group has unique interests, I customize my tours and explanations accordingly. Only licensed guides are allowed to give explanations inside museums and monuments, and we can skip the museum entrance lines. I look forward to sharing my city, its surroundings, and the rich Catalan culture with you. ANNA If you see that I don't have availability on the calendar, write to me anyway, and I'll try to find a gap in my schedule:) -Official Guide License (#1130) issued by the Catalan Government, granting access to skip the line at most monuments. -Bachelor's Degree in Tourism (Hospitality and Tourism) from CETT, University of Barcelona. -Bachelor's Degree in Social Education from the University of Barcelona. -Additional studies focused on landmarks such as Sagrada Familia, Sant Pau Hospital, and the history of Catalonia and Barcelona, with specialization in figures like Gaudí, Picasso, Miró, Catalan Modernism, and the avant-garde of the twentieth century. -Certificate of completion for the Montserrat 2026 course, organized by the University of Girona and the Monastery of Montserrat. -Advanced Certificates in English, French and German languages. -Member of Aguicat (Association of Licensed Tour Guides of Catalonia), ensuring professional standards and expertise. I don't drive in my tours, but I can arrange private transportation with a Premium car or van.

In 2026, we celebrate the centenary of the death of the great architect Antoni Gaudí. For this reason, I propose this two-half-day tour so you can make the most of your stay in Barcelona, accompanied by a local guide who will reveal everything you want to know -and more-about Gaudí’s life and work. Over the course of two days, you will visit the Sagrada Família, Park Güell, Casa Milà (La Pedrera), Palau Güell, and Casa Vicens. You don’t need to worry about tickets for the different venues, as they are included in the price of this tour. *Please remember to provide me with the full names of all participants when you book the tour, as the tickets are nominative. Thank you very much.
Day 1, 4 hours: Visit the Sagrada Família to explore its façades, symbolism, and ongoing construction, followed by a short refreshment break. The day continues with a tour of Park Güell, discovering its most iconic spaces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site Day 2, 4hours: we will visit La Pedrera (Casa Milà) on Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Vicens in the Gràcia district, where we will take a short break to recharge, and then head down to the city center of Barcelona to visit Palau Güell. If you prefer to fit everything into a single full day instead of two, we can do that too!
