On this tour, you will discover the best works of Gaudi We start the tour by visiting his masterpiece, the magnificent Sagrada Familia, to which he dedicated 43 years of his life. The basilica has become the icon of the city and I have been there thousand times, but I never get tired of visiting it, because it is not a classic and traditional church, but a breathtaking place that will not leave you indifferent. Next stop is Park Güell: one man ́s vision would become a big failure of Barcelona, ironically this project is now one of Barcelona ́s biggest tourist attractions and a Unesco world heritage site To conclude we walk in Paseo de Gracia, the favorite street of the bourgeoisie, where we can find two amazing houses built by Gaudi: Casa Milà and Casa Batlló and the most stunning buildings where the wealthy families tried to compete to show off their fortune and their glory, in the so called "block of Discord".
Mari is very knowledgeable and provided valuable information on little known facts regarding the Cathedral. She showed us various locations of Goude works throughout the City. She has incredible insights in the City, Goude, and various architecture
The tour with Maria was fantastic. We had a family of 4 and the depth of knowledge of Barcelona, Gaudi and Sagrada Família was perfect for us. There is a lot of history and Maria clearly shows she loves this city and makes the tour very enjoyable for the whole family.

The 6 of us had a wonderful Gaudi Tour with Mari C. She is personable and knowledgeable. She clearly has a passion for Gaudi & it showed. She was able to bypass the crowds and get us to the significant sights efficiently. The quiet boxes she provided worked well and we could hear her even in crowded places. She spoke English, Spanish and Catalan.
Everything couldn't have been better. Maria made it all happen, and we had a wonderful day. She was friendly, pleasant to be with, and very knowledgable while making it all so interesting. It was a nice pace too. Not rushed at all. Maria gave us wonderful recommendations for the rest of our stay beyond her tour. We would highly recommend her!
This was one of the best tours we've ever experienced. Maria--born and raised in Barcelona--knows so much about this city and about the main subject of the tour, Gaudi. She enriched our understanding not only of the architecture but how it fit within Gaudi's life and city life. Maria is well organized, personable, and her delivery is excellent. She's so warm it felt like hanging out with a friend! After the tour, she also sent us some wonderful restaurant recommendations. We recommend this tour highly!

To get to each of the points of the tour, we will need two taxis: From Sagrada Familia to Park Güell and from Park Güell to Paseo de Gracia. Taxis are not included in the tour price. Approximately cost for two taxis is 30€
