Mar R was exceptional. She was punctual, knowledgeable, considerate of any needs which we had, and very courteous. The two tours which we had with her, the old city of Barcelona and the Gaudi tour were perfect for our two day stay in Barcelona, one each day. Each day she met us at our hotel, arriving early for each tour. She kept a good pace and frequently checked with us on our requirements and well being. She was very fluent in English, easy to understand, and frequently confirmed our understanding of her explanations.

We’d like to highly recommend Mar as a tour guide in Barcelona, or probably most anywhere she is familiar with. Her attention to detail, knowledge from experience, and insight to all aspects about Gaudi and related topics was exemplary and informative. She has spent most of her life as an experienced tour guide and is easy-going and fun to be around. This was a very good tour with Mar. The Sagrada was the star and I could've spent the entire tour there. The skip the line tickets here were a God send as we skipped a 2 hour cue and went right in!
