We will walk and discover Gaudi's personality and his key buildings. We will also talk about the bustling Barcelona of the turn of the century and the patrons who hired Gaudi and the other Art Nouveau architects for the construction of those spectacular Palaces and apartment buildings. This is one of my favorite tours in Barcelona and a great way to experience how the local bourgeoisie lived in one of the most exciting periods in the history of Barcelona: the years of the Industrial Revolution and the construction of the "Eixample" district or New Barcelona.
My dad and I had a great time exploring Barcelona with Cayetano. He was extremely well prepared with a plan of when/how we would see everything. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us a great lunch recommendation and other areas to explore after the tour. If we ever come back to Barcelona, we will definitely book another tour with him!

Cayetano provided excellent historical information of Barcelona and Gaudi during our walking tour. His fund of knowledge and personal background were served us well. Cayetano was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to be flexible and fit in a request to see and Synagogue that we did not even know existed until in Barcelona. His knowledge on this location and the Gaudi sites was most impressive. We even had an authentic lunch that was fantastic. Cayetano also recommended a dinner location that we loved. When we return to Barcelona I will be booking another tour with Cayetano without a question. Bravo to you Cayetano.
Cayetano is an outstanding guide. His knowledge of the architecture and history were perfect for our group. His passion for what he does is evident. Learning Gaudi’s history and genius was fascinating. We found it amazing how his work was ridiculed at the time, and yet so revered today. Highly recommend this tour and Cayetano as the guide to all!

(inside). -Sagrada Familia Basilica (inside). -We will walk along Passeig the Gracia to see the two most spectacular apartment buildings built by Gaudí: Milà House and Batlló House -We will see other spectacular buildings built by the architects Domenech I Montaner and Puig I Cadafalch and Enric Sagnier. -We will walk or use public transportation to Park Güell, a spectacular Park that was not projected as a Park -We will spend around 1 hour here. -Then We will take a taxi to Sagrada Familia, the unfinished church that Gaudí started building in 1882, We will spend around 1hour and 30 minutes. -We can finish the tour inside Sagrada Familia so you can spend as long as you wish by yourself after the tour finishes.
