Easy going private Holland tours by van (max 7 passengers). My main interest is to give you a wider view of Holland than that of only tulips, clogs and cheese. As an independent guide, I do not come with any kind of 'must-see' plan. Of course, it is important to have knowledge about the culture, the museums and history, but I prefer to show my visitors how the Dutch live. The nicest comment I ever had about my tours was that it felt like having a friend taking you sightseeing. My tours have been awarded with a 'Certificate of Excellence'. Education - Academy of visual arts, St Joost, Breda, Netherlands Master's Degree, Visual and Performing Arts - Hochschule der Künste HdK Berlin Fachbereich 4 Visuelle Kommunikation Experience - Photographer at Shell Research Amsterdam. - DTP for advertising agencies and Reed Elsevier. - Tourist Guide Lovers Canal Cruise Company - Tour Guide Driver Great Amsterdam Excursions Company - Tour Guide Driver Holland Private Tours Languages: English, German, Spanish Special interest: Poetry and flowers. Overview of your Amsterdam tour
If you are tracing your roots in Europe and your name is Van Dyke, de Kooning, Bogart, Springsteen, Hepburn, Van Halen, Roosevelt, Vandenberg or Van Slyke you may be interested in my ancestry tour. You will get a real feel of how your relatives lived their life in the Netherlands. Research about the places your ancestors called home, we can do together. Of course we can do the the tour in combination with: - An overview and orientation of Amsterdam. - Sightseeing the beautiful countryside of Holland. - Experiencing the typical Dutch traditional life with windmills, cheese farms and picturesque villages.

Type: Private Transportation / Category: Van
For the tours I have a luxury and spacious VW T5 available, with big panoramic windows. The van has big and wide doors to make it easy to get in and out. Because of the Dutch climate it has a well fuctioning heating system. And of course an air con system is integrated. My van has a baggage capacity for a standard suitcase per person plus a carry-on bag. If you are planning to take extra baggage, I can organize an additional car.
