Easy going private Holland tours by van (max 7 passengers). My main interest is to give you a wider view of Holland than that of only tulips, clogs and cheese. As an independent guide, I do not come with any kind of 'must-see' plan. Of course, it is important to have knowledge about the culture, the museums and history, but I prefer to show my visitors how the Dutch live. A private tour from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is easy. I will make sure that you will have a hassle free tour, instead of a long time hanging around at the Airport. After arriving at Amsterdam airport customs and immigration procedures are fast and easy (10 to 15 minutes through immigration and customs). If your second flight is to a EU country, you won't have to go through immigration when boarding that flight. I know when your flight has arrived and what time you'll be at the meeting point to start the tour from amsterdam airport (see the pictures). We will see all the highlights of Amsterdam. The drive from Amsterdam Airport starts along the Amstel river. Arriving in Amsterdam I will give you a wide orientation on the city. We will see: # Amsterdam's seventeenth century canal belt area, # Rijks Museum and Van Gogh Museum, # Anne Frank House and more historical World War sites. # If time left we will see more of our splendid country side, picturesque villages and windmills. If you have an interest in visiting museums I can arrange tickets for you in advance. My tours are a combination of walking and making short walks. My tours are flexible and it is always possible to make some changes in the itinerary. We want to see as much as possible in a short time.

For the tours I have a luxury and spacious VW T5 available, with big panoramic windows. The van has big and wide doors to make it easy to get in and out. Because of the Dutch climate it has a well fuctioning heating system. And of course an air con system is integrated. My van has a baggage capacity for a standard suitcase per person plus a carry-on bag. If you are planning to take extra baggage, I can organize an additional car.
