Brazilian Local Food Experience - Flavours of Bahia with food tasting in the Market

Bahia is famous for History, Carnival and Gastronomy. The "comida baiana" makes us special and I highly suggest this tour for a real and authentic Food Experiencie in Bahia. During the tour, you will understand the different flavors of Comida Baiana: mix Indigenous, African and European heritage in our food. We start in the Local Market (Food tasting here is not possible on Sunday's afternoon). and we will go to local bars/restaurant to experience a local and yummy local meal ("comida baiana") maybe with a "licor of jenipapo" or cravinho. The first stop - food is picked up by me and I will offer you a food tasting in the Market, on the 2 other ones you can choose your own "petisco" as you will be already an expert on Baianese Food! Optional Stops: cooking class (aditional cost) and Museu Gastronomia in the Old Town.
