Overview of your Amsterdam tour
I’m very excited to welcome you to my new Chef’s Table experience! As a former Italian cook, I’m bringing my love for fresh pasta, good food, and relaxed hosting into a private, personal setting. This is not a formal cooking class where you just watch and take notes. We’ll roll up our sleeves, make fresh ravioli together, prepare two delicious sauces, and then sit down to enjoy it all with a proper lunch or dinner setup. We’ll also nibble on some starters with a glass of prosecco and to complete the meal, I’ll prepare a beautiful tagliata. Come hungry, come curious, and don’t worry if you’ve never made pasta before. This is about learning, laughing, cooking together, and enjoying a warm, homemade Italian experience. A surprise little goody bag is included to thank my new pasta chefs! Vegetarian, vegan, and alcohol-free wine options are possible. Please contact me in advance for these.
