Hi my name is Elke. As your personal driver and tour guide I offer unique excursions to the Dutch country side. All my excursions are carefully designed to provide the most authentic and genuine experience of the Dutch landscape as possible. I have been a citizen of Amsterdam for 20 years now and have always been exploring its inner and outer surroundings, on foot, by bike and by car. Enhance your visit with an optional visit to Zaanse Schans windmills, or the the charming off the beaten path Schermerwindmills. Prefer towns? Your Amsterdam tour itinerary
Pick up at the Hotel A drive to the flower fields and gardens during which I will tell you more about the origins of the tulip and its place among Dutch history. In the gardens I will give you a little tour and directions to the gardens and either leave you to explore on your own or join you according to your preference. When you have seen enough of the flowers we can add something to your interest. Options are: A visit to some windmills (including seeing them on the inside!) A visit to Delft and the Delft blue pottery. A visit to The Hague to visit a museum where you come eye to eye with the girl with the pearl earring. A visit the Leiden, the place where the Pilgrim fathers lived during their stay in Holland. Or maybe you have something specific in mind that you would love to see! I am very flexible and can customize the tour to your liking! Even during the tour day itself.
