I'm Salomé, a local guide, chocolate expert, entrepeneur and shop owner in Amsterdam. At the oldest canal of Amsterdam, I run the city's highest-rated specialty chocolate shop, focusing on Single-Origin chocolate. As the largest cacao port in the world, Amsterdam has a deep-rooted chocolate history, and I love sharing my expertise with visitors who appreciate fine food, craftsmanship, and small local businesses.
