Jacky is a great guide, she was very punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. She went at our pace and was attentive to our interests. We had a great time with her and would recommend her as a guide to Teotihuacan. Good communication prior to the trip and during the trip. The driver was friendly and careful and the car was clean and safe. Jacky took us to an interesting early lunch spot inside a lava tube (grotto).
