In this tour you will be inmersed in Mexico city's history, art and architecture. You will love and breath the ancient Mexico but also the modern one. You will have a superb time with the stories I will tell you and the "hidden" places we will visit. Visit Fine Arts Palace: most important theater and cultural center in Mexico that has amazing murals to admire (Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Jose Clemente Orozco, Tamayo), Alameda Park, Postal Palace: very impressive piece of architecture, Horses square, House of Tiles: historic building in Mexico city, then walk through Madero St and get to the Main Square of Mexico City (Zocalo). Visit the Cathedral and a short view of the Great Temple of Tenochtitlan.
We had a wonderful, informative tour with Jacqueline. She’s the best.
We had a wonderful day with Jacqueline. The information we learned provided a nice backdrop for the remainder of our stay in town. She also communicated in advance about some challenges that would potentially be caused by a large public event during the time of our tour and offered to either modify the tour or do it later in the day. Her flexibility was appreciated and helped ensure we were able to experience everything that we wanted to during the tour.
Jacqueline was really great when taking me on a tour of the centre of the old city. Her knowledge of the rich local history made it a really interesting day. Her English is very impressive.
Our guide, Jacqueline Quezadas, was wonderful. She spoke perfect English and had a vast knowledge of the history of Mexico. She was so accommodating and lovely to spend several hours together. We saw so much and could never have seen so much on our own. 5 star Guide!
This was our first stay in Mexico City. Jacqueline, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We learned more than we ever would have touring on our own! We did the walking tour of the historical city cemetery and it was fabulous. Highly recommend!
