Architecture & Craft Brewery - Express Walking Tour in Guadalajara

If you are into architecture and a beer enthusiast, you will love this experience. We'll visit one of the most iconic neighbourhoods of Guadalajara, Colonia Americana, where I'll share its history with you from an architectural perspective. We will spend about an hour and half exploring various historical buildings including residences, Churches and Museums. We will even get to take a peak into an iconic church, where my grandparents watched me sing in the choir. Later on, we'll go to an award winning craft brewery built in a historic theatre. A few years ago I was working on a "Ruta de Cerveza" in Guadalajara - and this brewery is by far my favorite! Here you'll learn about the brewing processes as we do a guided visit, so pour yourself a pint to enjoy as we go behind the scenes and learn how they create their different beers!

·We will begin our tour by meeting in front of the Via Libertad market of the Colonia Americana neighbourhood, from where we will start walking along Avenida Libertad, stopping in front of several residences and buildings. ·We'll proceed to walk inside Templo Expiatorio for a closer look at its incredible stone work and stained glass. ·Later, we will make another stop to go into the MUSA art museum, especially to view a ceiling mural by José Clemente Orozco. ·Next we will walk to an award winning Craft brewery for an informative tour about their brewing process. ·Afterwards we will go upstairs to the Brewery's on-site gastropub for a tasting of 5 varieties of beer! ·At the end of the tour, I'll give you instructions on how to return to your lodging or suggest more local places you might be interested in visiting!
