Guadalajara Multi-Day Tour

Our experience with Diego was truly exceptional. We spent just over three weeks in Mexico, four nights in Guadalajara, I would have to say looking back over entire trip which was fantastic and would recommend to put on your bucket list, that the first three days we did touring around with Diego would have to be some of the most memorable of our entire trip, Diego was so professional made us feel so comfortable in a foreign country, on arrival gave us great places to try great food that where close to our accommodation, everyday was different experience and we seen and learnt so much, it was the perfect way to start our trip, can't praise the efforts of Diego making us feel so welcome to his part of the country, a experience that my wife and I won't forget, thanks Diego! Diego is great! He is very knowledgeable and adaptable. Always kept the conversation flowing and good at reading our energy/interest level. Really enjoyed the tour of Tequilas Selectos and his recommendation for lunch in Tequila. Chapala and Ajijic were great! Need to go back there. More cantaritos please! Highly recommend. Don't be afraid to share your likes/dislikes so he can design the best private tour for you.

My first time using Tours By Locals and I have to say I am impressed. From initial inquiry to trip completion everything went like clockwork. Diego tailored a tour specific to my interests. Everyday I got to enjoy something different about Guadalajara and the surrounding area. My wife and I and our son spent several days in and around Guadalajara during the recent Christmas holidays. We were fortunate to have chosen a tour with Tours by Locals guide DIEGO HANNON. He was EXCELLENT in every way. A welcoming personality, polite, excellent command of the English language and local history, always on time, and he went out of his way to accommodate one or two special requests. We would certainly book him again if we were returning the the area.

We very much enjoyed our three days with Diego and Juan, our driver. Diego helped organize a custom tour for us that worked in our schedule and covered all that we wanted to see and do. He was very knowledgeable of the Guadalajara area and Mexican history. His insight was both interesting and entertaining. Juan was a very good driver, a friendly gentleman and the van was very new and comfortable. We definitely recommend using their services.
