Guadalajara and Tlaquepaque: The Perfect Combination

At 9:30 a. m. Pick you up at your hotel to begin a panoramic drive through the main areas of the city, sharing its history, traditions, and legends with you. We will drive by the Minerva Fountain, Los Arcos monument, the lovely Chapultepec area with many monuments and colonial mansions, the neo-gothic Expiatory Church, and the old university building where the Museum of the Arts. Upon arrival at the historic center, we begin a guided walking tour that includes: Plaza de Armas, Cathedral, Libertad Plaza, Plaza of the Illustrious Men of Jalisco, Plaza Tapatia, Degollado Theatre, and the fabulous Cabañas Orphanage. We will afterward drive to Tlaquepaque, a charming Artisan town where you will have a guided walking tour of the historic center. In this beautiful village, you will find shops and galleries with textiles, handicrafts, leather products, and many of the best restaurants in the region. The tour can be customized upon request.
