I am from the USA and have a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and History. After college I spent several years in the hospitality industry on Mackinac Island, Michigan, and was later Co-President of a successful plastic injection molding company. I'm also part-owner of a microbrewery in Michigan (which specializes in Bavarian beer and food), am a certified Diplom BierSommelier, and the first non-native member of the Aventinus-Buam. Having lived in the Bavarian capital of Munich for over 14 years, I am highly integrated into the culture and enjoy being a part of many Bavarian Stammtisch groups. Scott was more than accommodating for me and my 92 year old father.
