Munich is an architectural museum, a global economic and business outperformer, the home of world-class music of every kind, and the site of literally thousands of years of history, from the Celts to the Romans and Germanics, and through our 13 bad years of fascism into the modern era of peace and democracy. Let me tell you stories of triumph and tragedy, atrocities and atonement, kings and castles, and modern Germany - or any topic that occurs to you as we go. I have made it my business over the 40 years I have been resident here to live and breathe these topics every day.
