I'm Barbara and was born in Munich. I love its beautiful historical sights, the medieval buildiungs, the food and culture.

I give tours in Englisch and German and with my background as a singer/songwriter/stand up comedien, I will not only give you interesting facts and information, but also will make you laugh and have a good time.

* Marienplatz (the heart of the Center with beautiful buildings)

* Hofbräuhaus (the world famous beerhall with delicious food)

* Feldherrenhalle (it has a sad history but looks amazing)

* English garten (a huge park that's even bigger than Central Park)

* Frauenkirche (an impressive churche which is the symbol of Munich)

* St. Pete (the oldest building in Munich)

I have been guiding since summer 2022 but I was born in Munich so I know it very well.

I am not a licensed guide at the Concentration Camp Dachau.

I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

On this tour we will walk through the "Altstadt", the Munich's beautiful old town.
It will be an entertaining and informative pleasant walk: we will stop at various sights, which over the years have witnessed events creating worldwide and local interest.
Badly bombed during WWII, Munich has been restored to its nineteenth century appearance, becoming a very shining and interesting city.
Germany's favourite city has a lot to offer today as it has experienced a lot: from Gothic fragments of the medieval walled town, royal scandals, to modern curiosities.
It is with this in mind that my tour has been conceived!

Sometimes we will escape the crowds and the traditional tours to discover a very different and secret Munich! You won't miss though to watch one of the city's most loved oddities, the Munich Glockenspiel, or carillon added to the tower of the New Town Hall and in case you are hungry, I will take you to the "Viktualienmarkt" the open air market to taste some delicious bavarian food!!!
