3 Christmas Markets and City Highlights

I would recommend to book this tour in the afternoon, so that you see the beautiful, romantic lights of the markets. We will see all the important highlights of the city and will stop at 2 Christmas markets in the city center. Then we will take a subway to a very special market ("Tollwood"). They have exotic food there, an amazing indoor market with all sorts of self produced things you can buy (perfect christmas gifts) and everything has the motto "save the environment". Tollwood is exactly where Octoberfest takes place, so we also have the chance to see the big statue "Bavaria" that was the biggest female statue before Lady Liberty was built. You will also learn about German Christmas traditions. On our tour we have enough time to stop for a mulled wine (or two or three?), a bratwurst with sauerkraut or sweet roasted almonds (not included in the fee). You will love the huge christmas tree in front of our beautiful neogothic cityhall. 20 Highlights and 3 Christmas markets - what do you want more? :-)

We will meet in your hotel or the city center already. Then we will walk around and I will show you around 20 different highlights of the city (Woman's Church, St. Pete's Church, the big outdoor foodmarket, our old and new Cityhall with the famous Chimes, Hofbräuhaus (beerhall), medieval gates and muuuch more!) We will stop at 2 markets in the city during the tour: the one at St. Mary's Square, a charming one in the courtyard of one of the biggest city castles ("Residenz") in the world and the alternative one "Tollwood". We will take a subway to Tollwood. The ticket is not included. The daypass for groups (zone M) is a good deal! The food and drinks at the markets are not included, so that you can choose whatever you want. I calculate eating and drinking at the stands for around 20 minutes, so if you do not want anything, the tour might be a bit shorter. Thanks for understanding and see you in December :-)
