We give Elke 5 stars! She is a wonderful guide! She met us at our hotel and she reviewed the plan and asked if we wanted any changes. Very flexible. What a special day. We traveled the backroads of Holland and saw so many beautiful scenes of green fields, birds, and grazing animals. The roads were remarkable. Our first view of the tulips was at a special park in the north and the tulips were amazing! No big crowds. Enjoyed a cup of tea while enjoying the view of tulips. We walked on a berm looking at the North sea to experience the dikes and how they function. Elke drove us to the tulip fields to see the immense areas blooming with tulips and locals buying them for Easter. The finale was see a working windmill and climbing inside. Elle was fabulous! A laid back tour a bit off of the regular tourist path. Easy going with much knowledge of the area! We would highly recommend!

Elke was excellent. Extremely knowledgable about the area, knew the history that shaped the polder region. We toured several different tulip farms, along other attractions although the weather did not cooperate (a bit rainy) we did not feel that we missed out on anything.
