I was born and raised in Alaska like my mother before me. I grew up traveling the state with my father as he worked on construction sites as an engineer. I have a B. A. in political science from the University of Alaska and there is little I don't know about Alaska history and culture. I am part Native-Alaskan (some people call them Eskimo) and know much about that part of my family tree. I am proud to be Alaskan and enjoy sharing my knowledge of the Great Land with visitors from all over the world. Quyana (thanks), Ryan B.A. in Political Science from University of Alaska, Anchorage My Ford transit van seats up to 11 passengers (driver not included). It also has room for luggage for those 11.

Ryan was incredible. He adjusted the tour to fit our needs. His knowledge of the Anchorage area was very impressive. I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you are visiting Anchorage, Ryan is who you need!
Ryan was a great guide and gave our group the experience that we wanted. He listened to our wishes, making various stops for us to take pictures. We had a lovely day visiting many beautiful spots and having a delicious lunch at the local spot he recommended.
Our family of seven (four adults & 3 kids) had a fabulous full-day tour with Ryan K. He met us at 10am on our last day in Alaska (after a cruise & stay in Denali), loaded all our bags into his roomy/comfy van, and at 6pm even delivered us to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day…our Anchorage highlight was actually SEEING & photographing Mt. Denali, and of course the kids would say The Wildlife Conservation Center was their favorite. Having lived his entire life in Alaska, Ryan is a treasure trove of information and can probably answer any question you may have. That said, we highly recommend this tour with him…you won’t regret a minute.
Ryan did an excellent job for us. He communicated well prior to the tour, picked us up right on time at our hotel and provided excellent transportation for us to spend the day with him. The best thing...he was born, raised and continues to live full time in Anchorage. He knew all the best spots to take us. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
Excellent tour with Ryan ! Ryan provided us with a terrific overview of Anchorage—beautiful scenery, informative commentary and wildlife sightings. Very much appreciate Ryan’s organization, flexibility, preparation( he provided long range binocular on tripod for special viewings) and efforts to find sights that resonated with our group. We really felt like we knew Anchorage after one day. Also a good driver with a well kept van.
