Welcome! My name is Greg and I've been a resident of Anchorage since 1981. I came here by motor home on vacation and I feel like I'm still on vacation. I worked in the fishing industry during the 80's and that sealed my love for Alaska. I next sold real estate through the 90's until 2004 and made many local friends. I have been leading tours between Seward and Fairbanks Alaska since 2008 and have driven that highway 100's of times. The thing so great about it is that it looks different every tour I drive. I love talking about Alaska and spreading the news about it. I would love to tell you and show you what I know about this beautiful state. I am very open to all destinations and tour ideas you may have. Class B Commercial Drivers Liscense. None

Enjoy an exciting and informative day exploring all four corners of the Anchorage bowl and further, while searching for moose. Also, throughout the tour, I'll be pointing out how the 9. 2 earthquake on Good Friday, March 27th, 1964 affected Anchorage and the surrounding areas. Also, expect to hear about the great restaurants and museums in Anchorage. In the 4. 5 hours of this amazing private tour, you will find out what has kept me here for over 42 years. Who knows, you might stay too! If interested, please inquire about the 2-hour extension to this tour which includes 50 miles further south, a visit to Girdwood Ak, and a visit into the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (250 acres of all the Alaska animals).
We will start with heading to all four corners of the city while seeing all the popular sights. Popular sights include: *Anchorage salmon hatchery at Ship Creek *Downtown landmarks *Earthquake Park (where there were homes prior to 1964 earthquake) *Lake Hood (the worlds largest and busiest floatplane hub) After making the rounds in the Anchorage bowl we will drive a short distance south to Beluga Point on the Turnagain Arm for some great photos and also hopefully, may also see some Dall Sheep. **If interested, please inquire about the 2-hour extension to this tour which includes 50 miles further south and a visit into the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (250 acres of all the Alaska animals). Also please inquire about the cost for additional passengers, up to 10 total.
