Hi, my name is Lesley and it is a pleasure to meet you. I am deeply passionate about Scotland and all things Scottish and I am very proud and privileged to be able to share my beautiful country with visitors from all over the world. I have been working as a tour guide since early 2017 having previously worked as a Police Officer, a job that took me across the lengths and breadths of the country and afforded me the opportunity to learn so much along the way. I am a keen amateur photographer and never tire of photographing this wee country that I live in. There are so many wonderful, wild and mysterious places in Scotland and I would love to be able to share them with you. From the castles and architecture in our ancient cities to the vast expanse of wilderness in our hills and glens, there really is so much to see and explore all with their own myths and folklore. It would be my honor to show you the sights of this amazing wee country, and leave you with memories that will last a lifetime, with lots of fun and laughs along the way. I am a retired Scottish Police Officer and have been a guide since 2017. SITOA Member (Scottish Independent Tour Operators Association) Please note; I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside of historical monuments. I can, however, accompany you inside and provide a brief overview.

Together We Will Follow in the Footsteps of Claire & Jamie
Overview of your Edinburgh tour
Outlander has captured the imagination of fans around the world (including me) and on this tour, we will follow in the footsteps of Claire & Jamie and visit some of the most iconic locations from the show enjoying some breathtaking scenery along the way. Starting in Edinburgh, this tour truly is a must for any Outlander fan and promises to be a day you will remember forever. Locations include: Culross:- The village Crainsmuir. Here you will see Geillis Duncan's house, Claire's herb garden, and the 'Mercat Cross' where Jamie saves the boy nailed to the post by his ear. Hopeton House:- This beautiful house was used several times during the filming of outlander, first as the Duke of Sandringham's residence, as Claire and Jamie's Paris apartment, and as Hellwater. Doune Castle: The home of Colum MacKenzie, Castle Leoch Blackness Castle: Captain Jonathan Randall's HQ, where Jamie was flogged by Black Jack. Midhope Castle: Lallybroch, the family home of Jamie Fraser.

- Departure from agreed collection point. - Visit the following filming locations: --- Culross (Crainsmuir) - Here we will have a short walk around the village. --- Hopeton House (Claire & Jamie's Paris apartment & Hellwater) - A truly unmissable location. --- Doune Castle (Leoch) - You will have the opportunity to go inside and explore the castle. --- Blackness Castle (Black Jack Randall's HQ) - We will go inside and explore the castle. --- Midhope Castle (Lallybroch) - The castle is a partial ruin so we cannot go inside, however, you can explore around outside and take the opportunity for some great photos. - Return to the original collection point or other pre-arranged location. Itinerary may be subject to change depending on attraction opening. Customisation of this tour is possible upon request.
