We were so fortunate when we found Alan and his company as we booked an airport pick up and half day tour of Edinburgh. We have come to cruise around the British Isles, but wanted to see and learn more about Edinburgh and its history. . He was very kind, communicative, has a wonderful sense of humor, incredibly knowledgeable of Scottish Heritage and its culture and was very accommodating to both our wishes and needs. We both highly recommend him as a tour guide and a person who we could have spent many more hours with! So fun! One of our favorite places was Authur's Seat which gave us a panoramic view of the old and new city. This tour is worth every penny!

Loved the tour, loved Alan. I have been to Edinburgh a number of times but this time I was with my parents, who are in their 80s and have never been there. A tour in a van seemed the perfect way to introduce them to Edinburgh. Alan was a delight, a great storyteller, and "a font"! I couldn't recommend any more highly.
