Lisbon Stroll:From Downtown to Alfama and Chiado

Hello everyone, My name is Andreia and I'm a licensed tour guide and the founder of my own business, residing in Lisbon, Portugal. Since I started working at the airport at a young age, that I have a great passion for traveling and getting to know other travelers, particularly those who visited or wanted to visit Portugal and my beautiful city of Lisbon, my childhood home. After visiting 45 countries in self organized tours and graduating in Tourist Information, starting and working my own business since 2017, I can safely say that I'm seasoned guide. My business started with a sole Tuk Tuk, where I was (and still am) able to drive and guide my guests to each corner of the old neighborhoods, the hills and viewpoints. This way of doing tours gave me the skills and the know how about every little corner and street in Lisbon. Stopping in the most important sites and viewpoints, singing some portuguese serenades, explaining the beauty of Lisbon and its rich history, to nowadays. Every day I work is a day I fall more in love with my city and it's wonderful to see that love in my guest's smiles. I also do private tours all around the country, but with a higher focus in the center of Portugal. All of my life, education and experience serves the purpose of providing the best experience and personalized activities and itineraries for each guest where we can dive deep inside stunning landscapes, Portuguese traditions, culture, gastronomy, costumes and trying to go out of the beaten path for a more authentic experience, but never forgetting the greatest gems of the country. Just a note: I love taking pictures and I'm a bit of a sweet tooth, so one of my favorite topics is Portuguese pastries and dishes. And tasting them, of course! For those who are willing to be guided by a warm and caring person, who just wants the best time for her guests in a very relaxed but genuine and responsible way, I'll be more than happy to receive you and customize your tours to your liking. - University Degree in Tourist Information, graduated in 2011 from ESHTE (Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril); - I own and manage a Tourism company licensed by the official Tourism Organization of Portugal (Turismo de Portugal) with the license number 292/2017; - 7 years of experience.
