Sintra is absolutely stunning, and Miguel was the perfect guide for the day! As a small group of women, including one with mobility limitations, we were thrilled with Miguel's attentiveness and ability to adapt to the group needs. When we realized it would be nearly impossible for mobility challenged group member to make it up to Pena Palace, Miguel enchanted her with stories while we continued to the top! Miguel made a wonderful recommendation for a bakery in town, and we were able to sample local Portuguese treats that were delicious! He also drove us to the westernmost point on the European continent - what a great stop! Miguel is an outstanding guide, very knowledgeable about the area. His pride in his country made the day particularly special!

We had a wonderful tour of Sintra and the surrounding area with Miquel Vidal. He was very knowledgeable about the area and all the history that goes along with it. He gave us plenty of time to explore and we never felt rushed. We had a great lunch at a restaurant in Sintra, and then went along the coast to see the surrounding area and beaches. Would highly recommend.
