We enjoyed a wonderful day with Miguel discovering the beauty of Sintra. Miguel is a great guide - very personable and knowledable, full of energy and anxious to please. We had hoped to see 2 sites but the walking was just too much for my husband. He quickly suggested a wonderful alternative. We enjoyed the many beaches of Sintra and a delicious lunch by the water. We ended the day as friends with a better understanding of the culture and history of this area. I would highly recommned booking a tour with Miguel!

Miguel was timely when he picked us up at our downtown hotel. I really appreciate that he agreed to that arrangement. He was a very safe and courteous driver on our 40 minute drive to Sintra. The experience was very enlightening because he shared information about life in Lisbon and it's people and culture. My two companions and I felt very safe and comfortable during our hours with him. When we arrived at Sintra, he was very knowledgeable about where we should walk and how to navigate the crowds. I felt very confident about getting around once we exited his vehicle. Miguel was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. He was very personable and in addition to the Palace we saw some of the most beautiful coastline and stopped at a beach cafe and enjoyed a drink and snack and took in the views. We stopped along several beautiful viewing points and were able to take some of the best photos we have from the trip. I highly recommend you try this tour - you will be so happy you did!
