Hello I'm Rafael, I'm a local guide committed to take out of the beaten track, showing you the genuine side of my country I've been working as a guide for quite a while now, but I have done a bit of everything along my life. I have a curious and adventurous nature that makes me want to discover more and better things. Rafael created the schedule for our tour in Sintra and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites we visited and took us to some off-the-beaten path areas. Our lunch was a delicious choice of dishes unique to the area. He also shared information for places to visit and eat on our other days in Seville. His enthusiasm for showing others his city was enjoyable. Loved our time on this tour.
This tour was the highlight of our trip to Spain and Portugal. Our guide Raphael was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about Portuguese History, the details surrounding Sintra, the Pena Palace and Moorish Castle. We had a fabulous tour hiking up to the castle, then a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant, and a lovely drive down the coast. I would highly recommend Rafael.
A super day with Rafael. He was right on time to pick us up in Lisbon. He provided great commentary about the history of Sintra since he grew up there. His lunch pick was perfect. Local and so good and non touristy. Glad I had the black pig! The trip off road to the cliffs over looking the sea was breathtaking. Just a wonderful day. We saw so much!
We had a wonderful day with Raphael. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. We went to Quinta da Regaleira. Raphael explained everything about the castle, including the myths and legends. It was very interesting. He took us to Restaurant Central, a wonderful restaurant with authentic Portuguese cuisine. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed our lunch. We continued to a beautiful place, to have a view of the Atlantic Ocean and lighthouse; the furthest point west in Europe. We also stopped in Cascais. It was an awesome tour! We highly recommend Raphael!

Pick up at requested hotel/apartment/cruise. In Lisbon Sintra and Cascais. Arriving in Sintra you can choose to visit one of the following monuments Pena Palace, Moorish Castle, Quinta da Regaleira, Monserrate Parque, and Palace. I will accompany you to all the sites. ( We are going to see the see them all but only visit one. ) Stop for lunch. Exploring Penedo and Colares, the typical picturesque Portuguese villages that look as if we had stopped in time. Cost line circuit, showing you my favorite places. the mandatory highlight is Cabo da Roca and, Adraga Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. In the Natural Park, I chose for you the best hidden sights where you can take great delight in the most spectacular views over the region. Stop at Cascais a Bay. Experience the charming seaside ambiance of Cascais Bay, where azure waters meet golden sands against a backdrop of laid-back elegance. Drop off at the starting point or another convenient place
