A day trip outside Amsterdam, engaging with Hollands' rich history and culture. *Delft is a beautiful, quaint city, associated with Dutch Master painter Johannes Vermeer & of course Royal Delft Blue pottery factory! Once the seat of the Royal House of Orange; the city has a vast history and landmarks, along with wonderful architecture. *Delft Blue pottery was born here and to today we can visit and experience how its made. *The Hague, rich in history, the royal capital of the Netherlands that seats the government. We can see the Parliament, a 13th century courtyard with a Gothic castle originally functioned as residence of the counts of Holland and became the centre of the Dutch Republic in 1584. Also the Peace Palace, the most photographed building in the city; we can learn its function at the Visitors Center.
