I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see Amsterdam's highlights. Laura is a great guide. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. She can conform the tour on the fly if there is anything you particularly want to see or not see. We told her that we wanted to see the Jewish Quarter, so she quickly adjusted our route to make sure we started there. You will learn quite a lot about the city's history going back to medieval times and continuing to the present. You also will learn about Dutch culture, art and food.
We had an enjoyable and informative five hour walking and canal tour with Laura. She was communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. We especially enjoyed our visits to off-the-beaten path sites, our lunch at a local and quaint restaurant, and our private canal cruise. You will get the most out of your Amsterdam visit if you tour with Laura.
