Max was a great guide; friendly, informative, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable about Amsterdam. This was a first rate tour that included everything we asked for. Max picked us up for our tour at the cruise port and took us to see a working windmill which was amazing. We visited Amsterdam and talked about the history of the city, walked past the Jewish quarters and Synagogue and then went to the Anne Frank house which was a very emotional experience and meant a lot to me. We topped the day off with a canal cruise and then were safely delivered back to the ship. Again, Max really stepped up and delivered everything on our list and we would recommend him to anyone. We were so pleased with ToursByLocals, we will definitely be using them on our two future vacations next year which is a River Cruise on the Danube and a trip to Bora Bora Tahiti.
