Hiking the Tepozteco mountains at Tepoztlan Magic Town

Let me tell you about this small but beautiful and painteresque town of Mexico. This is one of the tours that I love to make, not only for the beauty of this small town close to Cuernavaca in the south of Mexico City but for all the "magnetic energy" that surrounds this place. Have you ever taken part in a Temazcal ritual? This baths have been used by different cultures in Mesoamerica for medicinal purposes. Just to mention a few of the benefits of this practice let me tell you that it improves the blood system, detox the body and renew the cells of the skin. The whole ritual is performed by a "chaman" . However, if you have the energy to climb the "Tepozteco" mountain, that would be a challenge to achieve. Tepoztlan is a beautiful town, surrounded by the Tepozteco Mountains. There is a convent founded in the XVI century. Amazingly there are still beautiful frescos that endured the pase of time.
