Frida Kahlo Museum, Coyoacan and Xochimilco: UNESCO world heritage Full day Tour

We had the absolute pleasure of spending a full day on this tour with Alicia as our guide, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. It was clear that she is not only highly experienced and deeply knowledgeable, but also incredibly professional and passionate about the history and culture of Mexico. Alicia brought Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera to life for us as well as stories about every location we visited with fascinating details, personal stories, and thoughtful insights that made the tour not just informative, but truly unforgettable. Alicia managed every aspect of the day with grace and precision. We came in with high expectations, but Alicia far exceeded them in every possible way. We could not have asked for a better guide than Alicia! While my expectations were high when I booked this tour, she far exceeded them. Not only is she just a lovely person, but Alicia is also incredibly knowledgeable and is able to convey so much historical and cultural information. Her restaurant recommendation for lunch was spot on (best meal we've had so far!), and our last stop to see the murals at the Library at UNAM was breathtaking. Alicia arrived promptly to our hotel. She is an experienced tour guide, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. We appreciated her personal insights regarding Frida Kahlo, her life, and her art. We enjoyed the wonderful areas of Coyoacan and Xochimilico, lunch at a mostly locals-only taco place in the market, a personal introduction to magnificent fruits from a vendor, and a walk through San Juan Batista Church, an amazing 16th century church. We would highly recommend her.

Alicia delivered an excellent experience! She was very accommodating to our needs and went the extra mile, literally. Highly knowledgeable about Mexican culture and history, she wove the information seamlessly into the tour. She earned six stars but sadly the ratings stop at five.

Alicia is a wonderful tour guide! She arranged a custom tour, taco lunch and transportation for six women from San Diego. Her knowledge of Frida Kahlo made our visit so much more meaningful and she made sure we had time in Coyoacan to visit the Parraquia Convento San Juan Bautista which is the main church in the center of the town. She allowed us to extend our time in Xochimilco because we were so relaxed floating on the colorful boats and drinking cerveza purchased from floating bars.

Alicia was knowledgeable, professional and fun! We felt like we were with a friend showing us around. The tour was amazing!
