¡I love Mexico! Hello! My name is Giovanni but you can call me Gio! I am originally from the state of Puebla but I have lived near the city for about 14 years. I have been giving tours since my high school days through a residency done at the governmental branch of INAH (National Institute of Art and History), and today I have my license granted by the Secretary of Tourism. I love meeting people from all over the world because I get to learn about other places through the experiences they have to share. It's great being a tour guide because people from other places choose to come and learn about my country, so I always do my best to better deliver the history of my city to our fellow visitors. My wife and I are proud parents of our 3 year old baby girl named Leyla and also our newest member a 3 month old Shih Tzu. The city is great because it has so many tastes and colors to offer, such as archeological sites: Teotihuacan, Templo Mayor, Cuicuilco, Tula, Cholula also Museums: Castle of Chapultepec, Anthropology, Museum of Popular Arts, Soumaya, Frida Kahlo's Blue House, Diego Rivera's Anahuacalli. Natural Areas: Chapultepec Park, Parque Mexico, Parque España. Nice Neighborhoods: Condesa, Roma, Hipodromo, Polanco, Coyoacan. Greatest Taquerias: Orinoco, El Vilsito, Tacos Tony, Tacos Manolo. Monuments: Angel of Independence, Revolution, El Caballito, Bellas Artes. Greatest Drinks: Tequila, Mezcal, Pulques. Early pick up offered directly at your doorstep for your comfort so we can get to the balloon port where you'll have one of the most unique views of this ancient site. Upon arrival you can have some cookies and coffee and after the flight, breakfast will be included to fuel up for the guided part of the Archeological Site. Now if you think that this site is an Aztec city, I'm sorry to tell you this isn't true and I will tell you all about it. In Teotihuacan we'll see the Great Sun Pyramid and learn some facts that have been obtained through years of investigation. Generous with his talents, warm, with a sense of humor, Giovanni O is an experienced guide and a pleasure to hire. My friend Chris and I took the Balloon Ride and Walking Tour of Teotihuacan with Gio. He was punctual picking us up, and arriving on time at the most professional hot air balloon outfit available. The drive to the site was wonderful in his very comfortable car. His English fluency is perfect, and he has a real passion for the subject of Mesoamerican history/culture. We would hire Gio again!

Giovanni was great. We overslept and he patiently waited for us, did not say anything negative. The drive to pyramids was smooth. Due to the weather our hot balloon portion of our trip was cancelled he immediately refunded that portion without even us asking. He was also very knowledgeable about the history.
