I'm a food scientist, professional brewer, writer, amateur photographer, and a history and anthropology enthusiast born and raised in Mexico City. I've been exploring the city since I was a little kid, I know its ins and outs, the classic landmarks and the hidden secrets. I would love to share all of this with you. I've lived in various cities both in and outside Mexico, so whenever I came back, I would take some friends with me and show them around. I loved doing it, so I decided to train myself and research extensively in order to offer the best tours I could.
