Costumized gastronomic expirience in Mexico City

This is your chance to get outside of the touristy restaurants and share a taco with your local food scientist and history enthusiast. We will go over some of the history and anthropology side of the iconic dishes while expiriencing four clean, safe, and traditional places. You will have the chance to try Pastor, bistec, tongue, chorizo, guts, short rib, and more. Even tho in the itinerary, I suggest typical dinner tacos, depending on the hour you want to do the tour, I will change the suggestions so they fit the meal we are dealing with (Ex. Barbacoa for breakfast or stew tacos for lunch)
