Overview of your Mexico City tour
If you are visting Mexico City, exploring the food scene is one of the main things travelers enjoy, in this immersive culinary experience we will join my friend Mau a cook that learn from his grandma just as I did how to choose ingredients from the marlets and traditional recipes that not only make you enjoy but also make ys travel through pur own history and the history of the country, our tour will start at the kitchen, where we'll be welcomed by some traditional drinks before we start learning about ingredients and Mexican food: There are 3 recipes, and you can choose one to learn: - tortillas, salsas, tacos and quesadillas - Mole - Churros and prehispanic drinks This is a full immersion experience in to Mexican food, and what a best way to continue after trying our beautiful creations walking in some markets where we will be able to learn more about the ingredients used, visit a hand craft market and end with some traditional mexican dessert, ice cream churros or coffee.
