Overview of your Tokyo tour
I came to West Tokyo in 2016. It's an incredibly safe place with lots of families and kind, hardworking people. I got into the routine of working long, hard weeks, then finding a Hot Spring to go to up in the mountains to meditate and relax. This is one of the main things that has kept me here, and I think you will see why! The main mountain we explore has a strong long spiritual history, with a Shingon Buddhist Temple built there in 744 AD. Many Yamabushi monks live in halls within the temple grounds, and we sometimes get to see them doing their daily rituals - It's even possible to arrange for them to prepare a holistic meal for us! This is perfect for Nature Lovers, or just anyone looking to see a side of Tokyo very different from the loud, busy streets and skyscrapers.

- Meet at Takaosanguchi Station Ticket Gates (Train Ride) - Takao 599 museum walkthrough - Cable Car Ride, Chair Lift, or Hike up the mountain - Monkey Park walkthrough - Lunch (Ramen or Soba Noodles ) - Yakuoin Temple Tour (built in 744 AD) - Viewing from the peak (great Mt.Fuji views on clear days) - Descend the mountain (nature trail + chair lift) - Relax in a Natural Hot Spring - End at Hachioji Station Ticket Gates (Train Ride)

We meet at Takaosanguchi Station on the Keio Line. From Shinjuku Station, there's a Limited Express Train that goes directly there in 53 minutes. We end at the same station, Takaosanguchi. From Shinjuku Station, the round trip fare is ￥860. We can also meet at your hotel if it is in the Tokyo area.
