Haiyan was amazing. Even with the rain we were able to adjust the schedule and still visit many places in Tokyo. Including very specific shops I wanted to visit (JDM Cars). I’d definitely book again in the near future.

She was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and she made our trip feel so much more personal.
